We collect only what issuing and controlling licences to use the robot, support and security require, and we do not sell it.
Information we collect
- Your email address and password (stored hashed), for your account, sign-in, password recovery and licence notices.
- Your MT5 account number and broker server name, to produce your dedicated build and activate the licence on that account. We never ask for your trading account password.
- The signed undertaking and its digital-signature details.
- Data the robot sends when it contacts the licence server: account number, broker server, build ID and version, and execution statistics such as spread and slippage — to control the licence and improve tuned parameters.
- Compatibility-test data: your broker’s account type, available markets, contract specifications, spread, commission and swap.
- Transaction details (transaction ID, amount and currency) provided by the crypto payment gateway. We never receive wallet private keys or bank card details.
- Technical data such as IP address and browser type, for security and abuse prevention.
Cookies
This site stores a cookie to remember your language (lfp_locale) and, once you sign in, an essential cookie to keep your session. It uses no advertising cookies.
How we use information
- Producing your broker’s dedicated build and issuing the licence
- Controlling the licence and delivering updates
- Improving tuned parameters, only in aggregate and without identifying any person or account
- Answering support requests
- Preventing fraud, unauthorised publication and unauthorised use
- Meeting legal obligations
Sharing with third parties
Information is shared only as needed with service providers such as the payment gateway and the site host. Myfxbook and FXBlue monitoring widgets, where shown, load from those services’ servers and are subject to their privacy policies.
Retention
Information is kept while your account or licence is active and afterwards for as long as the law requires. Build IDs and undertakings are kept to trace unauthorised publication.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your information through the contact details on the About page.
Security
Connections to the site and the licence server are encrypted, and access to user information is limited to what is necessary.
